January 2024 令和６年１月

I visited the Koma Jinja (shrine) about 65 km Northwest of Tokyo for a new year pray for my office. This shrine enshrines an immigrant from Korean peninsula 1300 years ago. Although I am neither Korean descendent nor from this region, since I work as an immigration lawyer, I worship the early immigrant to Japan, like the god at this shrine and visited every year around this time since I started my office. I hope I support more hard-working immigrants who can contribute our society.

幣事務所の新年祈願のため、埼玉県日高市にある高麗神社を参拝しました。 同社は1300年前に朝鮮半島から移住した渡来人を祀っています。 私は韓国系でもこの地域の出身者でもありませんが、行政書士として外国人の入管業務に携わることから、同社の神様を崇拝しており、開業当時から毎年、祈願参拝しています。今年もより多くの勤勉かつ我々の社会に貢献してくれる外国人を支援できれば素晴らしいです。

明けましておめでとうございます。本年も何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。

December 2023 令和５年１２月

I just cleaned up my office entrance and decorated a new year decoration. Unfortunately, I could not reach any goals I had set including some small challenges this year. There were also a number of minor disappointments. Fortunately, however, I did not suffer from any serious illnesses or injuries, and above all, I had no any unfortunate events in both business and personal. I think this year was probably a year of preparation for the next year, a milestone in my life. Next year, I hope to achieve results and regain my confidence.

事務所玄関を掃除し、入り口のドアに正月飾りを供えました。 残念ながら、今年は目標を達成できず、 失望する出来事もありました。 しかしながら、幸いなことに大病や怪我はなく、何より公私ともに大きな不幸はありませんでした。 今年はおそらく、人生の節目となる来年に向けての準備の年だったと思います。 来年は結果を出して自信を取り戻したいです。

December 2023 令和５年１２月

Today (27th) I filed my clients’ permanent residency applications to the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau. Although Japanese government’s calendar is until 28 December, I felt like today is my last business day of 2023. My past clients referred me to their friends/colleagues which is the main source of new clients these days, including applications filed today. I really appreciate those who choose me to support their permanent residency challenge.

本日（２７日）はクライアントの永住許可申請のため、東京入国在留管理局へを訪れました。御用納め28日ですが、自分にとっては本日が２０２３年最後の入管への訪問となりました。本日の申請を含め、今ではこれまで支援したクライアントが、私に友人や同僚を紹介してくださるお陰で、細々とながら事業を運営するに至っています。私を選んでくださった方々には本当に感謝しています。

I had a great opportunity deliver a presentation for start-uppers as a part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Tokyo One-Stop Business Establishment Center (TOSBEC)’ online seminar, which was my 12th seminar for them in 3 years. When I debut as a presenter, I was still in the first year of Gyoseishoshi lawyer practice. I remember that because I had less knowledge and experience, so I spent many hours to prepare for delivering my first presentation. I believe that participants then could be happy with my presentation since I was requested by the organizer for another presentation after that.

東京都の創業支援機関（TOSBEC）の外国人創業希望者向けオンラインセミナーに登壇する機会を頂きました。実に３年間で１２回目の講演となりました。初登壇当時、私はまだ行政書士１年目でした。知識も経験も乏しかったので、初めての登壇に向け、相当時間を費やして当日に備えたことを覚えています。その後、主催者から再度登壇の御依頼を頂いたことから、参加頂いた方々に満足して頂けたものと思います。

I had a great opportunity to deliver a presentation for the group of entrepreneurs from Hong Kong. It was organized by Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Business Development Center for the delegation of Hong Kong government funded organization called Cyberspace HK. For me, presenting in front of audiences was a first time since COVID-19 outbreak. It made me a little bit nervous, but it seems well received by them, which is very good.　

東京都のビジネスコンシェルジュ東京が主催した、訪日中の香港政府出資のサイバースペース社が支援する起業家ご一行を対象としたセミナーに登壇する機会を頂きました。新型コロナウィルス感染拡大以降、聴衆の前で講演するのは初めてだったこともあり、少々緊張しましたが、お陰様で喜んで頂くことができました。

I’ve just cleaned up my office entrance door and decorated it by the new year’s decoration. I thank everyone supported my activities in 2022 and hope to support more good people in 2023!

大晦日となってしまいましたが、ようやく事務所入口をきれいにして、正月飾り添えることができました。本年弊事務所を御支援頂いた方々に感謝すると共に、来年はより多くの素晴らしい方々と御縁を築くことができるならば幸甚です。

Monday 26, I filed my client’s permanent residency application to the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau. Although Japanese government’s calendar is until 28 December, I felt like it was my last business day of 2022.

Fortunately my social business is growing over the past 3 years or since I started. My past clients referred me to their friends/colleagues which is the main source of new clients these days. In this regards, I really appreciate those who choose me to support their permanent residency challenge.

As a part of my social activity, I delivered a short presentation relating with SDGs to students of Shibaura Institute of Technology Kashiwa Junior High School.

社会活動の一環として、今朝は芝浦工業大学柏中学高等学校の生徒を対象に、SDGsに関連した私の活動について短時間ながらオンラインで講演させて頂きました。

I’m proud to post an article about me as a financial planner. The article comes from the Japan Association for Financial Planners’ “FP Journal, July 2022 edition”. A knowledge as a financial planner helped me help my clients (=expats), especially after they becoming permanent residents.

日本FP協会の広報誌「FPジャーナル７月号」に取材記事を掲載頂きました。ファイナンシャルプランナーの知識のお陰で、外国人クライアントが永住を許可された後もお付き合いが続くなど、とても有益な資格だと実感しています。

I had a great opportunity to deliver a presentation about Business Setup in Japan for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Tokyo One-Stop Business Establishment Center (TOSBEC)’s online seminar. This time was co-hosted by the Colombian Consulate (= Embassy of Colombia in Japan). It was a great honor for me.

Our office has been registered as the organization to preview and check the application for the government’s lump sum benefit for eligible SMEs and Solo Proprietors. A fee for this service starting from 11,000 yen which depends on various circumstances.

一次支援金の登録確認機関に登録しました。既存顧客については無償とし、その他については、事業規模等を勘案し、個人事業主１万１千円・法人２万２千円から受託を検討させて頂きます。

埼玉県危機管理防災部消防防災課より消防団員を応援する「消防団応援の店」として「たかつか行政書士事務所」を登録頂きました。消防団員カード提示に限り、１時間相当の御相談（ほか、講演や説明など）を2,000円＋消費税より承ります。

November 2020 令和２年１１月

“Takatsuka Gyoseishoshi Office” has registered as a member store accepting a shopping coupon issued by Saitama City for revitalizing the local economy.

地域経済の活性化を目的とし、さいたま市が発行する「がんばろうさいたま！商品券」の取扱加盟店に「たかつか行政書士事務所」も登録しました。同商品券利用に限り、１時間相当の御相談（ほか、講演や説明など）を2,000円＋消費税より承ります。

Talking about a company setup, or other than immigration procedures was a new challenge to me, but actually I enjoyed a lot, thanks to my supporters.

I got a great opportunity to deliver a presentation at Tokyo Metro Government’s Tokyo One-Stop Business Establishment Center “TOSBEC”. I had talked about Samurai professionals (e.g. licensed professionals such as a lawyer) and some immigration procedures (i.e. visa).

January 2020 令和２年１月

I participated a workshop organized by Shibazono Kakehashi Project – a group of youth supporters helping community vitalization and social inclusion of Sibazono Apartment Complex where about 5000 people lives and a half of them are foreigners mainly from China.

住民約５０００人の内、主に中国人を中心とする外国人 が半数を占める芝園団地の活性化と多文化共生 をサポートする若者を中心とした芝園かけはしプロジェクト主催のワークショップに参加してきました。

I had been to “Kurd Japanese Study Room” , and volunteered to help Kurdish kids’ homework. They looks Kurdish kids for sure, however their conversation sounds like ordinary Japanese kids.

埼玉県川口市内の公民館で毎週行われている「クルド日本語教室」に伺い、小学生の宿題のお手伝いをしてきました。外見は目鼻立ちがハッキリとしたクルド 人ながら、会話の内容は日本の児童そのもの。

November 2019　令和元年１１月

I had an opportunity to talk about “what Gyoseishoshi (immigration law expert) can do for foreigners” at the local high school. This was a part of their study about SDGs and I was invited along with various NGOs.

埼玉県立蕨高等学校 にて「行政書士 による外国人支援」についてお話する機会を頂きました。これは同校のSDGsについての学習の一環で、複数のNGO団体と共にお招き頂きました。

November 2019　令和元年１１月

Our team consists of 4 nationally accredited professionals such immigration law expert, labor attorney, tax accountant, and SMEs business consultant participated in a local industrial exhibition “BIZ SAITAMA” held in Saitama City.

地元さいたま市でおこなわれた産業フェア「BIZ SAITAMA」に、行政書士、社会保険労務士、税理士、中小企業診断士からなる士業４名で出展しました。
